submitted by Alexis P. - |Recommended: NoHate It Here — I have been consistently ignored by the property manager and company. The pool is an amenity we PAY FOR and it has not been usable since OCTOBER. I moved in in SEPTEMBER. Maintenance guy is the only good part of this building and he only comes once a week--so the pool is not following LEGAL requirements. They took away internet, harassed tenants about decor and patios, and did not respond to 99 of my messages. Took down hazard signs for the pool. It makes sense that the company has a 1.7 5 star rating out of 95 REVIEWS. Ya'll are criminal.
response from property -Hello, I am the new property manager. We closed to pool do to repairs that are required for to operate the pool correctly. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this a caused.
